Business Desktop and exportable audit trails

  • NewBusiness Desktop for macOS and Windows: one database per client, all data saved on your own hardware, offline.
  • NewThe audit trail (who set each label, when and why) can be exported alongside the ledger to Excel and QuickBooks.
  • ImprovedSwitching client workspaces from the command palette is instant; nothing bleeds across.

Guided review and bulk approval

  • NewGuided review walks untagged transactions oldest first. Next to review jumps straight to the next open one.
  • NewApprove labels in bulk, or set a confidence threshold above which labels post themselves.
  • ImprovedManual and confirmed labels are protected: rules and the model only touch what is still untagged.
  • FixedThe inspector kept the previous confidence bar for a moment after stepping to another transaction.

Ask in plain language

  • NewPress ⌘K and type a sentence. Pascal turns it into a query over the fields that exist in your ledger and shows the query it built.
  • NewHand-written queries: amount ranges, relative dates, tags, wildcards and AND / OR / NOT.
  • ImprovedSearch results group by payee with the number of charges and the total.

Transfer candidates and attached fees

  • NewEqual and opposite amounts between your own accounts within three days surface as transfer candidates.
